Submit to JESUS - JAMES 4:7

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. {17} For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved." SAINT JOHN 3:16-17

Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. - JAMES 4:7

JESUS, THANK YOU FOR HELPING Me!  HALLELUJAH HOLY GHOST!

JESUS GREETINGS, my Dear Friend,

We are only 10 days away before the second month of the year, as this month is moving at a rapid pace!  HALLELUJAH!  Well, in today's daily blog post we will discuss a topic of great importance for us in the Body of Christ {1 CORINTHIANS 12:27}, and that is the topic of submitting our lives unto JESUS THE CHRIST, THE SON OF THE LIVING GOD {SAINT MATTHEW 26:63-64}!

But Jesus held his peace. And the high priest answered and said unto him, I adjure thee by the living God, that thou tell us whether thou be the Christ, the Son of God. {64} Jesus saith unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven. - SAINT MATTHEW 26:63-64

Let's face it, sometimes we can be our own worse enemy.  We think that we have our lives in tact, wanting to go our own way at times, rather than seeking our BLESSED HEAVENLY FATHER FOR HIS PERFECT WILL in our lives.  This my friend, I believe, is a lifelong "process" in our totally submitting to JESUS CHRIST in order that we can witness all of HIS GOOD PROMISES Coming to Fruition in our lives {2 PETER 1:4}.

In our HOLY BIBLE, THE LORD JESUS ATTESTS To us that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers us out of them all {PSALM 34:19}.  These afflictions sometimes come as a result of us not submitting to the WILL OF GOD, as with the OLD TESTAMENT Prophet Jonah {JONAH 1:3}.

{11} Now the sea was growing worse and worse, so they said to Jonah, “What must we do to you to calm this sea for us?” {12} “Pick me up,” he answered, “and cast me into the sea, so it may quiet down for you. For I know that I am to blame for this violent storm that has come upon you.” {13} Nevertheless, the men rowed harda to get back to dry land, but they could not, for the sea was raging against them more and more. {14} So they cried out to the LORD: “Please, O LORD, do not let us perish on account of this man's life! Do not charge us with innocent blood! For You, O LORD, have done as You pleased.” {15} At this, they picked up Jonah and threw him into the sea, and the raging sea grew calm. {16} Then the men feared the LORD greatly, and they offered a sacrifice to the LORD and made vows to Him.  {17} Now the LORD had appointed a great fish to swallow Jonah, and Jonah spent three days and three nights in the stomach of the fish. - JONAH 1:11-17

When Jonah decided to not obey ALMIGHTY JESUS CHRIST at the first in HIS GOING down to Tarsus instead of to Nineveh, he allowed himself to be thrown overboard in a dangerous storm, and because of the LORD'S MERCIES, he was not consumed {LAMENTATIONS 3:22}, but rather BLESSED to have Our LORD JESUS CHRIST COMMAND A great fish to swallow him up, and spitting him up on dry ground three days later {JONAH 2:10}, as a result of Jonah accepting ALMIGHTY JEHOVAH GOD'S COMMAND to Preach to the people of Nineveh.  My friend, I pray you see the depth of ALMIGHTY JESUS CHRIST'S GREAT LOVE AND MERCY FOR us {PSALM 119:41}, in that HE Could have gotten rid of Jonah and chosen someone else, but thanks be to GOD, as I read today in my daily devotional, our GOD NEVER GIVES UP ON us!  Amen!

It is of the LORD'S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. - LAMENTATIONS 3:22

In today's Foundational HOLY BIBLE SCRIPTURE we see the writer James showing us how to deal with the attacks of our enemy the devil.  He Admonishes us to "Submit to God" resisting the devil, and he will flee {JAMES 4:7}.  When we resist the devil, by submitting to ALMIGHTY JESUS CHRIST, Doing His WILL, not our own, our faithful demonstration of ALMIGHTY JEHOVAH GOD'S WILL in the earth, will be our SHIELD OF FAITH {EPHESIANS 10:16} against the flaming arrows of the enemy.  In other words, as we carry out ALMIGHTY JEHOVAH GOD'S PLANS For our life, we erect a barrier and shield against the wiles of the devil {EPHESIANS 6:11}, and as he sees that we are submitted to ALMIGHTY JESUS CHRIST in everything, he will flee, not wasting his time, for he knows he cannot stand against our LORD AND GOD, JESUS CHRIST {SAINT JOHN 20:28}.

So, my dear friend, remember the words of our PRECIOUS LORD AND SAVIOR, JESUS CHRIST at HIS MOST DISTRESSING POINT as the SON OF GOD, While in the Garden of Gethsemane, in HIS AGONY SAYING TO Our HEAVENLY FATHER, "Not my will but Yours be done {SAINT LUKE 22:42}".

When we follow Our LORD JESUS CHRIST'S EXAMPLE, in submitting to Our BLESSED HEAVENLY FATHER, we will truly come through any dire circumstance, showing forth to our enemy, what he already knows, that JESUS IS everyone's BOSS, and that ONLY HE IS IN CHARGE, Reminding us, as well, that with CHRIST JESUS, nothing shall be impossible {SAINT LUKE 1:37}, and we need not fear or worry, the battle is not ours but the LORDS {2 CHRONICLES 20:15}"  Amen.   "Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen. {1 JOHN 5:21}"  "The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen. {REVELATION 22;21}"
