A Reason for Joy

PRAISE JESUS CHRIST, Our LORD AND GOD {SAINT JOHN 20:28}!

“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. {17} “For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him. - SAINT JOHN 3:16-17

But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it; - SAINT MATTHEW 13:20

And they departed quickly from the sepulchre with fear and great joy; and did run to bring his disciples word. - SAINT MATTHEW 28:8

JESUS GREETINGS Family,

     When we last left off, we (as always) were focusing our attention on the LAMB OF GOD JESUS CHRIST {SAINT JOHN 1:29}, as JEHOVAH BEING our SALVATION {ISAIAH 12:12}.  This my friend is ALWAYS the focus and intent of our Christian lives, and of this CHRIST-GLORIFYING Blog, as well. We as vessels of ALMIGHTY JEHOVAH GOD, fit for the Master's use {2 TIMOTHY 2:21}, are always looking for ways we can glorify HIS HOLY Name in our performance of "good works {1 TIMOTHY 6:18}", and in our desires to please HIM. Of course our good works or deeds are not the cause for our Salvation {EPHESIANS 6:18}, rather they are the result of our Salvation, because of our faith in THE DEATH AND RESURRECTION OF OUR LORD AND SAVIOR, JESUS CHRIST {SAINT JOHN 19 AND 20}!

     With these Truths in mind, it now remains for us to focus on today's Foundational SCRIPTURES, and the impetus for this day's blog post.  This particular lesson is one in which we are Encouraged By THE HOLY SPIRIT OF ALMIGHTY GOD, to always be full and filled with the Joy of the LORD {SAINT LUKE 10:2, SAINT JOHN 3:29, ACTS 13:52}.  Because we  KNOW that CHRIST JESUS HAS DIED AND RESURRECTED FOR us, we have great cause for Joy as with the woman in SAINT MATTHEW 28:8:

     My friend as The Blessed HOLY SPIRIT, WHO I Love, Allowed me to write in my publication 'JESUS, the enemy can't steal My Praise', we are to be thankful for all things, especially for the CROSS AND THE RESURRECTION.  This thanksgiving for the Promise of Everlasting Life {SAINT JOHN 3:16}, is the Cause for GREAT JOY, as with the women at the EMPTY TOMB on that FIRST RESURRECTION SUNDAY. 

     Let's face it my friend, there is no reason for any of us to have a "pity party" as my beloved dad, The Reverend James Oliver McMorris Sr., has taught my sister and I.  There is so much for which we can be grateful, thankful, and joyous.  We have all the right and the reason to rejoice, simply because through CHRIST, we have already passed from death to life {1 JOHN 3:14}. 

     GOD LOVES JOY!  Remember, my friend, "The joy of the LORD is our strength {NEHEMIAH 8:10}."  When we remember all that ALMIGHTY JEHOVAH GOD Has Afforded our person, we have indelibly come into HIS PRESENCE with thanksgiving {PSALM 95:2} where THERE is fulness of joy {PSALM 16:11}.  We must remain faithful in our giving of thanksgiving, because my friend, being thankful helps us in our walk with JESUS, our ETERNAL JOY.  

     In our first foundational HOLY BIBLE SCRIPTURE we see some who have FIRST received the word of GOD with joy, but they didn't have much root, and when persecution came because of the Word, they were offended or fell away {SAINT MATTHEW 8:28, Verse 21 -HOLY BIBLE - THE STUDY BIBLE}.  I preach this portion of THE HOLY SCRIPTURE Speaking on the Joy of CHRIST, simply to admonish BY THE PRECIOUS HOLY GHOST all of us to condtinue in THE WORD OF GOD {SAINT JOHN 8:31}, no matter what persecution comes. 

     So, if you have lost the joy you've received at your Salvation, it's high-time to get it back.  I heard a secular DJ growing up say, "....GOD Does Allow U-Turns."  Come back my friend to the JOY OF THE LORD!  HIS HOLY BROAD ARMS ARE WIDE OPEN FOR YOU!  Repent of anything you feel may be hindering you from a right relationship with JESUS CHRIST.  Rest in the Truth that GOD IS LOVE {1 JOHN 4;8, 16, SAINT JOHN 3:16}, and that HE LOVES you immeasurably, Desiring the best for your life.  When you open up your heart to the LORD JESUS, giving HIM all your burdens, anxieties, or concerns, HE WILL Remove all depression and anguish from your soul, and you WILL LIVE a life full of love, joy, peace, patience, meekness, gentleness, faithfulness, goodness, temperance {GALATIANS 5:22}, purpose, joy, compassion, and promise. Amen?  Amen!  "Little children keep yourselves from idols. Amen. {1 JOHN 5:21}"
