In THE OLD TESTAMENT, we see our forefathers swearing on oath that they would or would not accomplish a thing. The man after ALMIGHTY JESUS CHRIST'S OWN HEART, King David speaks upon the TRUTH that someone swears to their own hurt, meaning as his beloved son, King Solomon, the wisest man to walk this earth under Our PRECIOUS AND TRIUMPHANT KING Of kings and LORD Of lords JESUS CHRIST {REVELATION 19:16}, Commands us not to speak rashly, but essentially making us aware that death and life are in the power of the tongue {PROVERBS 18:21}.
Let's faith it! JESUS, HIMSELF, CAME TO THE Earth HE SO LOVINGLY AND WISELY CREATED IN SIX TWENTY-FOUR DAYS {GENESIS 1:1}, AND TEACHES Us in THE NEW TESTAMENT (or COVENANT), that we should not swear or take an oath or vow at all. Because JESUS SAID we should not swear, I believe in this manner the one swearing would be concerned that another party priviledged to a certain matter would not believe them if they didn't swear, vow, or take an oath, thus JESUS CHRIST COMMANDING Us that when we do such things we are actually doing evil while we think we're doing good.

In Today's HOLY BIBLE FOUNDATIONAL SCRIPTURE VERSE, we see the writer of THE BOOK HEBREWS, the beloved Apostle Paul, Reminding us, BY THE PRECIOUS HOLY GHOST, That When ALMIGHTY GOD SWEARS, HE SWEARS BY HIMSELF, SEEING THAT THERE IS NOONE GREATER THAN HE {HEBREWS 6:13}! THE FATHER, THE SON JESUS CHRIST, AND THE HOLY SPIRIT ARE THE ONLY ONE WHO HAVE THE RIGHT TO SWEAR! FOR THEY ARE HOLY!
Dear friend, do not imitate what is evil but what is good. Anyone who does what is good is from God. Anyone who does what is evil has not seen God. - 3 JOHN 1:11
So, my, "dear friend {3 JOHN 1:11}" let's remember that ALMIGHTY JESUS THE MESSIAH {ACTS 17:3}, THE SON OF THE LIVING GOD {MATTHEW 16:16}, GOD THE LORD {JOSHUA 22:22}, AS WELL AS THE PRECIOUS HOLY SPIRIT ARE THE ONLY ONE THAT TRULY MATTERS, FOR HE SEES the human hearts {PROVERBS 15:11}, and HE WILL SET THINGS IN ORDER In our lives, and the lives of our loved ones. So, "...I tell you, do not swear an oath at all: either by heaven, for it is God's throne; {MATTHEW 5:34}" "For God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil {ECCLESIASTES 12:14}." IN JESUS' NAME {MARK 9:39}"Dear children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen. {1 JOHN 5:21}" "The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God's people. {REVELATION 22:21}"
