When we look at today's HOLY SPIRIT INSPIRED HOLY BIBLE SCRIPTURE TEXT, we see JESUS COMMANDING to a Pharisee, Nicodemus that in order to see the KINGDOM OF GOD he must be born-again. JESUS, Goes on to EXPLAIN to Nicodemus, that unless he is born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter the KINGDOM OF GOD.

I declare to you, brothers and sisters, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable. - 1 CORINTHIANS 15:50

AFTER JESUS GOES ONTO SPEAK THIS WORD, HE COMANDS THAT "Flesh gives birth to flesh, and the Spirit gives birth to spirit {JOHN 3:7}.
