Praise JESUS CHRIST! A fortified city. What do you think about when you hear such a term? Well, as we read and study THE WORD OF GOD, THE HOLY BIBLE, we know that during the WRITINGS OF Our HOLY BIBLE, many cities, such as the City of Jericho, before ALMIGHTY JESUS CHRIST DEMOLISHED the walls of the city, when the Israelites walked around it for seven days once on the first six days and seven times on the seventh day giving such a thunderous shout with ALMIGHTY JESUS CHRIST DESTROYING the walls {JOSHUA 6:20-21}, before this, the walls appeared to fortify this city, although NOTHING can keep Our LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST out (As my Beloved Dad the Reverend James Oliver McMorris Sr.)! I love YOU JESUS!
The one who does what is sinful is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil's work. - 1 JOHN 3:8
Let's face it. When we continue to pursue the things of ALMIGHTY JEHOVAH GOD there will come a time of opposition from our enemy, Our HOLY BIBLE DECLARES that we must be sober and vigilant because our adversary the devil, who is powerless, has already been DEFEATED AT THE CROSS {1 JOHN 3:8}, BY Our LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST, and we INDEED ARE JUSTIFIED BY THE CROSS {JOHN 20:28} AND RESURRECTION {JOHN 20:28} OF Our LORD AND GOD JESUS CHRIST! With this in mind, our humble, or sober disposition shows forth that we can overcome and will overcome anything the enemy brings our way because not only is our faith our fortified city, but we serve A FORTIFIED GOD, JESUS THE CHRIST {MATTHEW 16:20} WHO KNOW ALL THINGS AND DOES ALL THINGS WELL {MARK 7:37}..
This is what the LORD says: "When seventy years are completed for Babylon, I will come to you and fulfill my good promise to bring you back to this place. - JEREMIAH 29:10
In today's FOUNDATIONAL HOLY BIBLE SCRIPTURE we see Our LORD AND GOD JESUS {JOHN 20:28} SPEAKING TO JEREMIAH TO GET READY AND TO NOT BE AFRAID, as he needs to be a Fortified City in order to speak all the WORDS That ALMIGHTY JESUS CHRIST HAS GIVEN UNTO him {JEREMIAH 1:17}, in order that GOD'S people will ultimately become obedient and go into Babylon for 70 years until ALMIGHTY JESUS CHRIST'S BRING'S THEM Out of Babylonian captivity {JEREMIAH 29:10}.
Thus, when we understand that we need to continually fortify ourselves by the WORD OF GOD, ACKNOWLEDGING That without CHRIST JESUS we can do nothing {JOHN 15:5}, But our FAITH IN CHRIST JESUS' DEATH {MATTHEW 27} AND RESURRECTION {MATTHEW 28} Makes us free from condemnation {ROMANS 8:1}, and we are apt to put up and keep up our Shield of faith, quencing all the fiery darts of the wicked {EPHESIANS 6:16}.
So, my "dear friend {3 JOHN 1:1}", let's contune to make it our business to read our HOLY BIBLE'S daily. Honoring GOD with all we think, say, or do. It's not always easy to walk by faith and not by sight {TIMOTHY 6:12}, however, with ALMIGHTY JESUS CHRIST on our side, we have all we would ever Desire to Need to live each day as a Fortified City with a Fortified Faith, In a Fortified GOD, Through A Fortified SON OF GOD JESUS CHRIST {JOHN 1:49, 20:30}, Wherefore This FORTIFIED HOLY SPIRIT WHICH HELPED me to write this Blog IS PRAISED AND GLORIFIED IN ALL THINGS! Amen? AMEN! Thank YOU JESUS, for making me Fortified for YOUR PURPOSE!!!!! AMEN!!!! AMEN! AMEN! AMEN! Amen! "Dear children, keep yourselves from idols.
