JESUS COMMANDS Us to not Look Back - {LUKE 9:62}

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. {17} For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. - JOHN 3:16-17

Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man." - LUKE 21:36

 JESUS, Thank YOU FOR YOUR CROSS AND RESURRECTION!

HOLY SPIRIT, Thank YOU FOR Another Blog Post.

Jesus replied, "No one who puts a hand to the plow and looks back is fit for service in the kingdom of God." - {LUKE 9:62}

 Five Smooth Stones {1 SAMUEL 17:40}

Then he took his staff in his hand, chose five smooth stones from the stream, put them in the pouch of his shepherd's bag and, with his sling in his hand, approached the Philistine. (Italicized and underlning mine)

"And being found in appearance as a man,

he humbled himself
by becoming obedient to death—
even death on a cross!

{9} Therefore God exalted him to the highest place
and gave him the name that is above every name,
{10} that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,
in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
{11} and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the glory of God the Father. - PHILIPPIANS 2:8-11 - HOLY BIBLE - New International Version

 Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, {2} fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. - HEBREWS 12:1-2

 "I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions, for my own sake, and remembers your sins no more. - ISAIAH 43:25

I can do all this through him who gives me strength. - PHILIPPIANS 4:13

Today's HOLY BIBLE SCRIPTURE TEXT:

Jesus replied, "No one who puts a hand to the plow and looks back is fit for service in the kingdom of God." - LUKE 9:62

 JESUS, Thank YOU FOR YOUR CROSS AND RESURRECTION!

HOLY SPIRIT, Thank YOU FOR Another Blog Post.

Jesus replied, "No one who puts a hand to the plow and looks back is fit for service in the kingdom of God." - {LUKE 9:62}

     Looking back.  That can bring great memories of nolstagia, Reminding us of all the Good ALMIGHTY JESUS CHRIST, Our CRUCIFIED AND RESURRECTED KING Of kings and LORD Of lords, JESUS THE CHRIST Has ACCOMPLISHED In and within our lives.  When we Recall all rhe GOODNESS AND GRACE OF Our SAVIOR AND MAKER,THE LORD JESUS CHRIST,Our BELOVED LORD AND GOD, we have no other recourse but to Rejoice in all that HE SO LOVINGLY HAS ORCHESRAT ED IN and THROUGH Our lives.
Simon Peter, a servant and apostle of Jesus Christ, To those who through the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ have received a faith as precious as ours: - 2 PETER 1:1

     However, sometimes looking back could be a detriment to ourselves and others who have known our sinful past, especially the persons we were before Our COMING Unto our Flourishing RELATIONSHIP With Our BLESSED HEAVENLY FATHER THROUGH a faith as precious as ours {2 PETER 1:1} IN Our LORD AND SAVIOR, JESUS CHRIST {2 PETER 3:18}, in that we are not priud of our struggles and sinful mannerisms that have been a detriment ot ourselves and possibly to others, as well.    This brings us unto today's Blog Post Sermonnete Topic.

     In today's FOUNDATIONAL HOLY BIBLE SCRIPTURE TEXT we see Our BELOVEDLY-RIGHTEOUS AND ALMIGHTY JESUS CHRIST COMMANDING THE TRUTH THAT we are not to look back once we've been CALLED BY JESUS Our MESSIAH Unto SALVATION.  In the context of This Said HOLY BODY SCRIPTURE TEXT, we see a Man Apparently CALLED BY JESUS, HISMELF, asking if he could say goodbye to his family before completely Following JESUS, Thus Our BLESSED JESUS TOLD HIM THE TRUTH That HE DOESN'T WANT People to look back to worldy desires and concerns when all things are Found Through a Relationship With JESUS CHRIST (Thank YOU JESUS!  I Love YOU!).  When we understand this Truth, THE HOLY SCRIPTURES OPEN THEMSELVES Unto us, with JESUS STATING IN MATTHEW 6:33, That as we seek first the Kingdom of God and His rigtheousness and ALL these things shall be added unto us.

So, my Dear Friend, let's not spend this valuable commodity of time worrying and being concerned about past sins, mistakes, and frailties.  JESUS, Our BELOVED BEST FRIEND, WANTS Us to Know that all of our sins, past, present, and future have been placed ON HIM AT THE CROSS AND WHEN HE RESURRECTED, we RESURRECTED With HIM Unto New Life. When we understnd this, we will come to the conclusion that GOD IS LOVE {1 JOHN 4:8, 16}, and That HE IS MORE CONCERNED ABOUT Our Present and where we are going, than our past and the sins we have committed.  Simply, repent according to 1 JOHN 1:9:

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. - 1 JOHN 1:9 - HOLY BIBLE - New International Version

Yet, if you've yet to confess JESUS THE MESSIAH AS THE LORD AND GOD Over your life, what are you waiting for, my dear friend, simply follow THE LEADING OF THE PRECIOUS HOLY SPIRIT OF ALMIGHTY JEHOVAH GOD, BY CONFESSING THE JESUS (SALVATION) Mandate at the end of this Blog Post,and Make JESUS THE MESSIAH Yours Today!  It's that simple.  THE GREAT WORK HAS BEEN DONE BY Our BLESSED LORD GOD JESUS THE MESSIAH, Our SAVIOR ON CALVARY'S RUGGED CROSS, all we have to do is to believe ON HIS FINISHED WORK {JOHN 19:30} AS HE GAVE HIS LIFE ON THE CROSS FOR our sins, and RESURRECTED THE THIRD DAY FOR Our ETERNAL Justification.  Someone says "Justification" simply means "Just as if we've never sinned".  AMEN?  Amen!  "Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen. {1 JOHN 5:21}"  "The grce of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen. {REVELATION 22:21}"

JESUS THE MESSIAH'S Previous Day's Blog HOLY BIBLE Text:
Jesus replied, "No one who puts a hand to the plow and looks back is fit for service in the kingdom of God." - LUKE 9:62

One day in a place where Jesus had just finished praying, one of His disciples requested, “Lord, teach us to pray, just as John taught his disciples.”

{2} So Jesus told them, “When you pray, say:

‘Father,a hallowed be Your name.

Your kingdom come.b

{3} Give us each day our daily bread.

{4} And forgive us our sins,

for we also forgive everyone who sins against us.

And lead us not into temptation.c ’” - LUKE 1:1-4

JESUS, YOU'RE CERTAINLY ABLE!

For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: - 1 THESSALONIANS 4:16 - JESUS, YOU ARE "the Lord himself".  JESUS, Thank YOU!  HALLELUJAH!  JESUS, Thank YOU!

ALWAYS REMEMBER JESUS And HIS COMMUNION Mandate

{14} When the hour had come, Jesus reclined at the table with His apostles. {15} And He said to them, “I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before My suffering. {16} For I tell you that I will not eat it again until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God.”
{17} After taking the cup, He gave thanks and said, “Take this and divide it among yourselves. {18} For I tell you that I will not drink of the fruit of the vine from now on until the kingdom of God comes.”

{19} And He took the bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is My body, given for you; do this in remembrance of Me.” {20} In the same way, after supper He took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood, which is poured out for you.a - {LUKE 22:14-20}
