It's Worth the Wait - Part I

Praise THE LOVE Of Our Lives, JESUS CHRIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

     Waiting.  That's not a word that many of us would admit to desiring many a day in our lives.  Yes, my friend, this, indeed, is understandable.  As I think back to my childhood years, we as children, didn't like to wait for The Christmas Season.  Likewise, we didn't want to wait for the season of Summer, in order that we'd get out of school.  Yes, my friend waiting is not a word that is high on our list of options, as we live in a microwave society, where most things, as I heard Dr. Charles Stanley preach, can be garnered today instead of waiting for tomorrow.

"Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am." - SAINT JOHN 8:58

     With these truths in mind, our ALMIGHTY JESUS CHRIST IS A GOD THAT DESIRES us to wait on HIM.  Our BLESSED HOLY FATHER, WAITED 400 YEARS, after the Last OLD TESTAMENT BOOK OF THE Prophet MALACHI, To speak again to HIS BELOVED PEOPLE to Announce through the Prophet John The Baptist, That THE MESSIAH, Our BLESSED LORD AND SAVIOR, JESUS CHRIST Was soon to come on the scene.  Yes, there was a time of waiting.  

     When Noah was Commissioned by JESUS CHRIST (WHO HAS ALWAYS BEEN GOD, EVEN IN THE OLD TESTAMENT "I AM - SAINT JOHN 8:58") to Build and Ark to the saving of his house {HEBREWS 11:7}, there was a time to wait for the Ark to be completed before ALMIGHTY JESUS CHRIST SENT The Rain {GENESIS 7:4-12}.  Yes, waiting is an Illustrious Attribute and Glory of OUR PRECIOUS HEAVENLY FATHER, JEHOVAH GOD!  HALLELUJAH!

Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy. - JAMES 5:11

     In today's Foundational HOLY BIBLE SCRIPTURE, we see a familiar Passage from the OLD TESTAMENT BOOK of the Prophet Isaiah.  We see our GOD Promising to Reward us for our ability to wait on Him.  This, my friend, is the Great Reasoning behind why it pays Manifold Spiritual Dividends to wait on our BLESSED LORD AND SAVIOR, JESUS CHRIST!  When we wait, expectantly, knowing that ALMIGHTY JEHOVAH GOD HAS A PERFECT PLAN FOR our Lives {JEREMIAH 29:11}, we come to the earnest expectation and realization that ALMIGHTY JESUS CHRIST, IN TRUTH, KNOWS What HE'S DOING, and because we trust in HIM, above all else, it does us right to trust in HIM Completely during a time of waiting and enduring.

By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith. - HEBREWS 11:7

     Now the question that now presents itself, is how do we wait?  Well, I know and believe that ALMIGHTY JESUS CHRIST DESIRES That we wait with a good attitude.  We are not to sulk or wallow in self pity during trying times in our lives.  In the same manner, we are not to do nothing, slothfully {PROVERBS 12:27, SAINT MATTHEW 25:26} just waiting for the LORD to Move on our behalf.  No, on the contrary, our Friend Noah wasn't just sitting around idly, waiting for the rain to come, he was, in fact, building the Ark, being fully aware that was GOD "Promised, He was able also to perform {ROMANS 4:21}."  While, we are waiting, it does us well to seek our LORD, JESUS CHRIST, in order that we'd understand what HE Would have us to accomplish during our period of testing and waiting.  Yes, my friend our faith is being tried and tested while we wait, so let's be sure to wait patiently with a good, godly attitude.

     So, what Promises Has ALMIGHTY JESUS CHRIST Given unto you that have not manifested itself as of yet.  Let me encourage you, my friend, to keep waiting with a good attitude.  "Behold we count them happy which endure {JAMES 5:11}".  So, endure, my friend.  Your Change is coming! Wait for it expectantly.  "Though it tarry, wait for it {HABAKKUK 2:3}", for it will surely come to pass.  Keep looking up, as my Beloved Dad, The Reverend James O. McMorris Sr. says, and before you know it, ALMIGHTY JEHOVAH GOD, BY WAY OF HIS BELOVED SON JESUS CHRIST, AND HIS BLESSED HOLY SPIRIT WILL BRING IT TO PASS {SAINT MATTHEW 28:19}, and remember it will not be a moment late, or a moment too soon, for ALMIGHTY JESUS CHRIST'S TIME IS ALWAYS PERFECT, as we EXPECTANTLY AWAIT HIS SOON COMING RETURN {SAINT MARK 11:26}, AS WELL!  Amen?  Amen!  "Little children, keep yourselves from idols.  Amen. {1 JOHN 5:21}"  "The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen. {REVELATION 22:21}"
