JESUS Greetings, my friend,
Well, I pray that you've had a BLESSED weekend, culminating in Church Worship, fellowship, and the hearing of the HOLY WORD, THE HOLY BIBLE. Although, I didn't get to Church yesterday, I do plan (if JESUS Should Tarry) to be there next week, worshiping with my family in the LORD JESUS. With this in mind, let us focus our attention on today's blog post topic entitled 'A Very Present Help'.
When we think of CHRIST JESUS, I'm sure we know that HE IS LOVE {SAINT JOHN 3:16, 19:30, CHAPTER 20:1-18, 1 JOHN 4:8, 16}, and that HE PAID THE ULTIMATE PRICE IN GIVING FREELY OF HIMSELF To ALL of mankind, in order, that we'd believe in HIS TRIUMPHANT DEATH, BURIAL, AND THIRD DAY RESURRECTION {SAINT JOHN 19:30, SAINT JOHN 20:1-12} placing our Eternal Destination in Heaven. Although our ALMIGHTY JESUS CHRIST Has INDEED Procured ETERNAL REDEMPTION {HEBREWS 9:12} for all of mankind, HE DIDN'T just stop there. He also gave us THE HELPER, THE BLESSED HOLY SPIRIT, in order that we'd have Himself Living on the inside of us {1 JOHN 2:27}, enabling us to live a GOD-Fearing CHRIST-GLORIFYING Life. HALLELUJAH!
Let's face it, the Christian life can be difficult at times. We live in a fallen world, have to deal with our fleshly implications, and we have a devil to fight each and every day of our lives. However, with the HOLY SPIRIT'S FRUIT of Love, Joy, Peace, Long Suffering, Gentleness, Meekness, Goodness, Faithfulness, and Temperance {GALATIANS 5:22}, we can patiently endure {2 TIMOTHY 2:10} all that comes against us in our present day affairs of this life {ACTS 5:20}.
In today's Foundational Scripture, we see ALMIGHTY JESUS-GOD CALLING HIMSELF our REFUGE and STRENGTH; a VERY PRESENT HELP in trouble {PSALM 46:1b}. When we realize that our Help in all actuality does not come through, by, or from man, but rather from our HEAVENLY FATHER, JEHOVAH GOD {PSALM 121:2}, it does us well to "lengthen our cords, and strengthen our stakes {ISAIAH 54:2}", so to speak as we continue our daily walk in making the masses aware that CHRIST WAS INDEED CRUCIFIED, and RESURRECTED THE THIRD DAY, as we place our faith in HIS BEING THE SON OF GOD {1 JOHN 5:10}, and through The SON, we have Eternal Life {SAINT JOHN 3:15}. Amen! "Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen {1 JOHN 5:21}.
